Biography

Attila Tari was born in a small town in Northeastern Hungary in 1988. He is studied Engineering, Design and Applied Arts, finally he is specialized individually in wood. He is an artist with developed observation and analytical skills. Partly a designer who has the ability to look at design from both micro and macro perspective, has an eye for detail and to make optimal solutions. Before his Master studies in Sweden, He earned a B.A. in Industrial and Product Design at the Institute of Applied Arts at University of West Hungary, in 2010; and he is studied in engineering design at the Faculty of Wood Sciences at UWH in Sopron.

His past work experiences includes the following: He designed and created a prototype of an ergonomic work station called "hypo-Spline" and “-Spine”, which won several award in 2008, 2009 and 2011. He has done different kind of design work for the University of West Hungary and designed many works for the Wood Material and Product Testing Laboratory; and other collaborations at the Faculty of Wood Sciences during his university studies.

His scope of experience includes: development and implementation of design projects, and implementation of scale models and interior decoration.

The Artist is confident in his problem solving skills and this allows him to actively challenge himself to further develop his skills and ways of working.

Areas of interest: wood-related projects, crafts & engineering, furniture design, social design, spirituality, human nature and alternative ways. He is a unique personality who knows that everything is possible.
